Wait a second...you mean to tell me the world didn't end?

Happy New Year!  How many of you thought we were all gonna die?  How many of you actually thought the world was gonna end?  Did  you know that's exactly what the elites wanted from you this year?  To distract you from what was really going down?

Ya, we had occupy, we had strikes, we had some wicked actions that led to some changes in how people think about things.  But what we really need to do now, is ramp up those actions.  We want to see some change?  DO SOMETHING! And by that, I don't mean liking and sharing shit on facebook, I mean get out into the community, and start interacting with your neighbours.  Seek out those who need some help and solidarity.  Plan a Food Not Bombs meal.  Set up a Safe Space for womyn sex workers in your community.  Get your camera and cover the things the mainstream shy's away from.  Write letters, sign petitions.  DO SOMETHING!

I've been doing something for some time now.  My wife's daughter just told me that "I really respect what you do, and what you stand for. I never realised how apathetic people can be, and you're really, like inspiring. What's the point of life if you don't care about anything at all?"  This brought tears to my eyes.  Because the simple fact of the matter is this.  I'm not doing what I'm doing, for fame, or fortune.  (not to say that I wouldn't like a bit of fortune, hint hint, wink wink)  My grandparents generation didn't care enough, my parents generation didn't care enough, and my generation seems to not give a fuck either.  At the expense of our children.  I don't have any children of my own, mind you.   I can't bear the thought of bringing a child into this world.  A world that runs on greed and power.  Money and corruption.  Capitalism.  My goal is to ultimately bring an end to capitalism.  And to help build a world where we actually care about one another.  Because only those who can see that, are doing anything about it.  The rest, are too comfortable in their white picket fence lives, that they mostly refuse to see what's really going on.  Or even if they do see it, they do nothing about it.

I watched a vid on youtube last night about racism.  How many people would actually step in, and CHANGE something, if they saw it happen.  About 20 out of hundred people spoke up when they saw overt racism.  80 people did nothing. NOTHING!

And people wonder why I say society is full of FUCKING SHEEP!  BAAAA WAKE THE FUCK UP!  CAPITALISM EFFECTS EVERYONE!  You might be wondering why I'm tying capitalism to racism.  I'll tell you.  Because without capitalism, racism would not exist.  Or if it did, not nearly the violent form it takes now.  Neo-nazi goofs, will tell you that the minorities are taking jobs away from white people.  The real issue though, is class, perpetuated by a capitalist system, which does nothing but marginalize those with less status.  IE money and power.  Capitalism creates injustice by it's very existence.  One would have thought that we so called intelligent humans, would have created a system that doesn't perpetuate racism, classism, oppression and greed.  Lets do that this year.  Let 2013 be the year humanity became humane.

Ignorance in Canada

Over the past few months there has been a growing concern in the activist community regarding certain groups based in Victoria B.C.  WeAreCrazyVictoria.org is one of these groups.  Leading the charge of racist hate is none other than the man known as ryan elson…or is it john pettitt?  Not really sure, because he doesn’t like giving his real name out.  Not that I have that much of a problem with pseudonyms  but this twit really likes to bash those who ARE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING!  In other words, ryan/john is a hypocrite.

But check this vid out, entitled “Soft-Genocide of caucasians in canada“, in which “ryan” tells the guy at the Human Rights Commission that white people are being discriminated against in a new law.  I personally haven’t read this act, because, well, lets face facts here.  A soft white genocide?  Laugh my ass off!  Then there’s this posting by “john”…  If that doesn’t say white pride to you, then I don’t know what does.
Anyway, this isn’t the first crazy we’ve seen from “john”.  A few months ago, he released this video, entitled “the shills of occupy canada” in which he proceeds to libel and slander everyone who is in a closed group on facebook.  A group which was created by myself and others, to help the various occupy groups across Canada organize together, free of government interference.(btw, thanks for letting us know about brotherwolf wolf ryan.  You are right, he was trying infiltrate.  But we don’t like police informants, so thanks for heads up)  But according to “Ryan” we’re a bunch of communist shills, bent on taking over the country and remaking into a socialist utopia.  (LOL)
Most recently, he was involved in an action in Victoria, where they (WAC Vic) invited a known white supremicist to speak to speak at a rally on the BC Legislature.   Helpful activist’s got word that Doug Christie was on the speakers list, and set about informing the other speakers what was up.   When the members of WeAreCrazyVictoria found out that their speaker was being “censored”, and that a counter protest was being staged not far from from their rally, “ryan” and 2 other ignorants scum suckers walked over and started screaming in Zoe Blunt’s face.  She appropriately responded with a“Back of racist scum” on the megaphone, cranked up to 11.
Zoe’s account can be found here.  Right after this incident, the bullies got pulled aside by the police, and told to back off.  See what happens when you support racist scum? 
Another supporter of WeAreCrazyVictoria is Josh Steffler. He’s been running for public office, and I can’t see him winning.  I mean, when you support racism and bigotry, what do you expect?  Also, all this talk of chemtrails, the zionist takeover, and other conspiracy bullshit, probably doesn’t help either.  When you base your platform in fact, then you might actually get some votes.  When you base it on fiction, well don’t be surprised when you find out that you can’t win, because you lack those critical thinking skills you need to be able to discern fact from fiction.
greg renouf, unsurprisingly, also supports WeAreCrazyVictoria.  Apparently, when you’re an oppressive ignorant twit, you hang around with other oppressive ignorant twits.  greg is best known for his never ending attacks on activists, notably, the “Harsha Gone Wild” campaign of his, in which he uses that misogynistic title attack and defame Harsha Walia.  Last I checked “Harsha gone wild” is a sexist remark.  And anyone in their right mind would say the same.  But this is lost on rengoof.  Instead of owning up to his own sexism, he attacks others who have called him out on it, on the mistaken belief that he can’t be a sexist, because “thats not what he meant”

This is my personal message those these asholes.
This defamation will not be tolerated any longer.  There is a group of us, who are working on a project to expose these ignorant twits.   The libelling and slander must stop.  If it continues, expect there to be consequences.  You’ve already had to deal with some of the fallout that you’ve caused yourselves, do you really want more?  I think it’s high time you crawled back into the hole whence you came.  If you can learn to treat others with respect, then we might considering letting up.  But until you either crawl back in the hole, or grow the eff up, you will have no place within the activist community.  You will be called names, attacked online, and maybe even in person.(not by me, I don’t do that shit, but I can see why some would want to)  But what do you expect when you trade in life is libel, slander, and defamation?

DEMOCRACY'S BANKRUPT *TEST THEIR LOGIK*

In Victoria Park, on Sept 17, 2012, Occupy London Ontario held a solidarity rally with the anniversary of Occupy Wall Street, which started the the whole thing.  Over a hundred arrests in New York as of my last check.  Seems to me, that the cops were kind of excited at the prospect of finding out whats going on.

Early in the evening, 2 police officers approached the group, and said that if we needed anything, they were there to "help" us.  He also said "we're not starring you down", when there were 3 cruisers in plain sight, a 4th and a 5th one hiding, as well as a bike cop watching the entire time.

It was a colossal waste of money and time, to have at least 6 different officers actively surveilling a small peaceful gathering of local activists, celebrating with pizza, iced tea, a meditation circle, and a photo op.(thanks guys :P)

I find this kinda funny.  We don't want to communicate with the agents of the state which we are fighting.  You don't or can't or won't understand, because most of you seem to have not bothered to remember you're oath.  The last time the state actively monitored political organizations, was during the g20.  Egg in the face.  Every single one of you that followed unlawful orders that day should be ashamed of yourself.

But of course, you aren't.  Instead you try to justify your actions by saying that if the black bloc tactic wasn't used, you never would have had to arrest and break so many laws.  I call bullshit.  The police were well aware that this was going to happen, and they did nothing to stop it.  Instead, they "pulled back".  I put that in quotes, because that's the orders they were given.  When they had a chance to arrest and stop those who were not entirely peaceful, they retreated.

In a double violation of their oath, they went in to queens park the next day, and started kicking people out, and beating and arresting peaceful protesters.  Cowards go after peaceful people.  Cowards go after those who had nothing to do with the black bloc tactic.  Cowards surveil  peaceful activists.  Cowards harass those same activists.

Cowards are afraid to arrest those in black bloc.  25,000 cops, 250 black bloc.  Liars and cowards.

We are not children.  We do not let the nanny state tell us what we can and cannot do. If we disrupt you, it's because many of you need to be disrupted out of your oh so precious life.  You've been thinking about yourself for sooooo long, that you've forgotten those around you, who have been beaten, marginalized, and threatened by that state which you support.

The conversation about all this isn't enough.  Yes, it's good to talk and debate things with each other, but at the same time, we need action.  We need people of conscience, to stand up when ever they see things that don't fit in to any moral code I've ever read.  Those people should be the police, but since they are the ones breaking the code, that task must fall to the people.  I urge everyone who reads this, to wake up a bit.  I have made a list here of causes and issues.  Do some research on just one of these subjects, and tell me how there is no state involvement.  Tell me how the state is actually trying to correct these things.

Fact is, you won't, and nor can you.  And if you try, I will rip your points to shreds.  Because I've spent the time.  Looking at it from both sides.  Checking for alternative explanations.  The problem with the world today, is the state system we have.  Time for people to start taking care of themselves and each other, instead of the uncaring, and unthinking masses we have today.

Or continue to let the state run the world, so that people will have to die in wars over gold, oil, and drugs. G.O.D.

The problems are ones that are created by "society", so why would we ask "societies" permission to change them?

Also remember, YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE STATE!  Unless you tell them otherwise, the state gains your agreement through acquiescence.  That same state would have you believe it gives you your rights, when they are in fact, inalienable.  Yes, it is nice that the state recognizes some of these rights, but it does not recognize them all, nor in all contexts that it should, like peaceful activism.

The death Penalty and other thoughts.

These are just some random thoughts in no particular order.  I think too much...

America is so far behind behind because they forgot about the separation of church and state....oh, and a general sense they are better than everyone else...good ol' fashioned religion.  god loves us all, but if we don't do like were told, then we go to hell.  It's a way for them to marginalize people.  We're american, we believe in god, and god says eye for a fuckin eye.  Does anyone else find this attitude abhorrent?  How many people die innocently?  And if they're sooooooo fucking concerned with life, as in unborn babies, then how come they don't think that one innocent is too much?

Even here in canada, we have innocent people imprisoned for crimes they didn't commit, including murder.  There's one story I know of, where they can't actually let him go, but they know he's innocent, but for some bullshit legal reason, the crown refuses to acknowledge that the man is innocent.(I think he gave a confession under duress)

The point I'm making, if we had the death penalty here, innocents will die.  It is better to let an innocent man stay in jail, than kill him outright.  I'm not saying it's not wrong, because it is, but at the same time, at least we don't kill them outright.

Now, I'm going to talk about lust, and how the christians have warped such things beyond recognition.  They talk about lust like it's a BAD thing.  It is a sin to look at women or men and admire their beauty.  Everyone has had a sexual fantasy about someone they didn't love.  It's not about objectifying men or women, but an inherent situation of our imaginations.  Whether we act on these fantasies or not, is one of the things that separates us from most other species of animals.

Christians say we have to control these thoughts, and that we should do what we can to control our surroundings, and those around us.  It is the nature of the bible.  One of control and hierarchy.  Don't get me wrong, Jesus said many a great thing, but the fact of the matter, is that the people responsible for his message, got it wrong and warped it into something it's not.  Filled it with mumbo jumbo, and "miracles".  Where are the miracles now god?  Why don't you show us some of your power.  The whole fucking world is full of Sodom's and Gomorrah's.

I say that, not because I believe in god, but because I don't.  Asking a useless question to no one in particular is kinda helpful.  Soothes the beast that is inside of me. The beast that has been brought to bear upon the elite constructs of this world.  Because they have done much to ravage the beauty of human existence with their hate, their greed, and their unthinking callousness.  Many wars have been fought in the name of god and G.O.D. or Gold, Oil, and Drugs for those who don't know.

Most people don't know, don't care, or are so fucked up that even if they wanted to do something, they couldn't, because that one speck of radioactive material found it's way into the babies mouth, or the budget cuts were so bad they couldn't afford to do a lifesaving operation, even though everything they needed was their, or they were wrongfully arrested, beaten in jail, and is now incapable of holding a spoon, much less demanding direct action against the state.

Just because you figured out that if you had more and more babies being born into families that you have grouped with, who just happen to believe the same thing you do, (because if you didn't, they'd probably end up killing you, or enslaving you...it's in the bible eh...) and by you, I mean all the white men who control the church, because we are entitled to it or some bullshit.

Stephen Orser: Political Ass

 I remember the first time I met stephen.  I was busking, playing my guitar on the ledge of the td canada trust building at Dundas and Clarence, when a man walked up to me and sat down.  Now, usually, I don't pay much attention to those who come and sit to enjoy my music, but steve was a little different.  He had said he just came out of the strip club across the street, and that his wife was "stalking" him.  It sounded like a bad breakup, and it also sounded as if he was reading way too much into the situation.(not a trait I want to see in a politician that's for sure)

Either way, we talked for a bit, but I felt extremely uncomfortable.  Maybe, because in situations like this, where spouses are fighting, and I'm busking, I just don't need the negative vibes, or maybe, I could sense that there was something not quite right with my current audience of one.  I know that I didn't want to have anything to do with this, and he seemed to be looking for some sort of drunken advice from me.  yes, he had been drinking, and it was obvious to me, as I had lived with an alcoholic and could see the signs.  After going back and forth with his wife via texting, I mentioned that it would probably be a good time to go home and get some sleep, as the txting seemed to make him more agitated and wasn't helping the situation any.  Shortly thereafter, he left and I continued to busk.  On a side note, I don't really remember if he put any money in my case or not, but his very presence seemed to scare away people, as during that time(about 20 minutes or so) I made nothing.

Now, lets jump ahead a few years.  It's obvious to everyone that he's had some pretty fucked marriage relations.  Especially when you see this in the paper.  I have no problems with dirty laundry, but it is kind of over the top to be sending your ex-wife shit she doesn't want.  Borders on harrassment.  I've spoken with Cynthia, and based upon my conversations with her, this could be what it looks like or it could just be a vengeful ex.  I'm not going to make judgements, but I will say, that I don't believe someone who can't keep his marriage out of his public life, should probably find a new job.

Lets consider the job now....chickens, secret meetings, trying muzzle citizens and placing anti fluoride pamflets on each councillors desk with nazi symbols on them.  A job which you have to be accountable to the people, but can't even be bothered to think about the things he's doing before he does them.

He is a bloated buffoon, who spends the most money of any councillor, (if you don't count travel expenses, otherwise, Mr. Usher holds that title, but he actually does stuff) and has single handedly made city hall a laughingstock on several occasions.  I'm calling for his resignation.  I would hope that everyone who reads this does the same.  He is not fit to represent a chicken, much less the citizens of London.

Compassion Rant

Compassion: a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.

It seems to me, that CALM, or Cannabis as A Living Medicine, is not as compassionate as they would like to appear. I realize that they are doing a service, and have risked much in the name of "legalizing" weed. But it seems to me, that they have fell supplicant to the state, in an effort to appease the authorities.

Instead of actually basing a rating system upon the merits of the marijuana, such as potency, and effects like body high vs head buzz vs munchies, they've been rated as indica vs sativa on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being sativa, and 5 being indica, and all else in between are hybrids. No mention of ruderalis, not that I've ever even heard of someone who's had some. But I digress. The point is, rating your weed like that, is going to lead to some shitty weed, at all points on the scale.

Doing a cannabis potency test isn't that difficult I've heard. Why don't we rank pot on potency? Oh, right, because then we'd end up with everyone smoking the good stuff. WRONG!!! Some people prefer weaker strains. I knew a guy, and all he ever smoked was shake. Did the trick, that's for sure. And some people need a higher potency than others. But the "patients" at the CALM never get to know the potency of the pot their smoking.  Also, I don't know if you've noticed, but different weed has different effects.  Some is more of a body high, where some goes straight to your head.  A way for people to inspect their marijuana would also be a good thing.  As it stands, people do not have a way to really see the product they are buying.  A glass case with samples would be amazing, so that the people who know what they need, can take a look, and see.  This is mostly useful to those who have spent a little bit of time smoking and studying weed, and know how to look for trichomes.

CALM has also had it's share of up's and down's. I'm told there used to be a feeling of community there, but that's been lost due to the raids. People would talk to one another, they'd laugh, cry, share. But now, it has become a business. You go in, browse for your product, get served, and leave. There is no sense that you are in a place of compassion, but rather a sterile business, designed to make money. Legal fees aren't cheap.

I understand the need for it to be this way, but at the same time, I can't understand why they must gouge money. I can go to a street level dealer, and get the exact same pot as in the CALM for 200$ an ounce. But if you go to the "compassion" centre, it's 300$+.

So why do people go? Because they feel they have no other choice. They don't want to have to take criminal actions to get their MEDICINE. And why should they? It seems that compassion has turned into a business. Because we all as a society, have failed to recognize the rights, all of our rights, to take care of ourselves if we so desire. (there's a double entendre there) Because that is the real problem here. The masses of people who have been filled with all the negative propaganda produced by the state and the church. The judgements they have placed upon people, when they allow those very same people alcohol, which causes how many deaths a year again? Who cares. There are no documented cases that I am aware of, of people smoking some pot, and then driving around the neighbourhood and running someone over. Or of a couple smoking pot, and then the other beating their partner to death.  Yet we regulate pot as if it's the most dangerous thing on earth.  Maybe it is...to those in power.

g. j. rancourt has currently been making some waves with his bigotted and ignorant remarks.  I can't say that I'm surprised, as last night, there was another christian service going on.  I heard some very ignorant things being said there to by another minister of some sort, and it's the sort of ideology that pervades many christian churches.  These bigots are the real reason we have people who are marginalized in our society.

Here is my response to this video.

I attended and marched in the "sex" parade. 

It was great. We had a "sex" party with No One Is Illegal and Occupy London Ontario at Richmond and central right after. We attended an "orgy" surrounded by "sex" partyers in which I personally had "sex" with my wife, and many others had "sex" with their significant other.

Check it out for yourself.  I took some video.  You can see all the people having "sex".

Since all I saw in this video was someone kissing another person, I felt no reason to judge them, just because it was different than you. Rancourt, you are a bigot. Enjoy the hell you tell everyone else they're going to. WWJD!!!!

Hint: He certainly wouldn't have made a big scene about two people expressing love for one another.

Rape (or an open letter to todd and mike)

All this talk in the states recently about rep. todd akin and his comment on "legitimate" rape, and mike huckabee, former governor of Arkansas, and his comment now about "forcible" rape. I had an idea for them.  But first... ;D

Dear todd and mike,

Why all those adverbs boys?  Does it lesson your perceived pain when you actually have to say the word rape?  Is that why you go to such lengths to diminish a woman's pain?

todd, the way you said that, implies that you believe that if a women gets pregnant, then it wasn't really a rape, because you were never taught proper sex education.  See, now you know why you should have been taught that.  You could have avoided this all together, but instead, you make an ignorant fool outta yourself.  (btw god is laughing at you right now)  And mike, well, the rape already implies forcible.  Like anyone needs to be reminded of it...  Oh, right. you do, because you're ignorant of these things normally.

How about you call it what it is instead of making up all these asinine phrases. RAPE. And lets just leave it at that.

The problem(s) with sovereigns...

First off, let me start by saying I claim my own sovereignty.  I do not believe that the government should have any power over people if they aren't doing anything that harms others.  That being said, there does need to be some controls over peoples behaviour in society, but that control is being grossly misused by the state.  So I don't believe that a state that harms others, should have any power to harm people who have done nothing wrong.  Like smoke a joint, or not paying taxes because you don't want to contribute to that same state that harms others.

But, I'll get off topic if I get too much into all that.  The purpose of this post is to outline the serious misgivings I have, with the "Freeman-on-the-land" movement.  Most sovereign's understand that causing harm to others is wrong, but they don't see that the real problem is with the state, not the legal system.  Sovereign's are soooo focused on the courts, and the police, that they miss the big picture a lot of the time, or at least it can appear that way.  They're so focused on the agents of the state, that they forget who the real enemy is.

Yes, lets be paper terrorist's and tie up the courts.  Lets "travel" and cause our vehicles to be impounded.  Lets go to court, and cry foul when they justly or unjustly punish those who refuse to take part in society.  I'm reminded of MICHEAL RASILA, or more commonly referred to as Sir Mika Sovereign on facebook.  Here's a guy, who DROVE on the streets with government issue plates, and was arrested, had his van impounded, along with all his tools, and cried foul on the system.  He never deregistered his vehicle(something your supposed to do if you plan on "travelling") and had a clearly marked license plate on it.  Yet there was so much media attention paid to this idiot, because he made a big scene about nothing.  All his claims are bullshit.

I only point that out as an example.  It is also an example of how sovereignty can be manipulated to serve the selfish ends of fuckwits, with no real sense of responsibility.  Which brings us to the real issue.  That many (not all) sovereign's I've met, do not have a well developed sense of responsibility.  Very selfish, only thinking of themselves, or a small group around them.  The rest of society doesn't deserve their respect.  I agree with that, to a point.  But, the ignorant masses are just another aspect of the big problem.

Now, not all sovereign's are alike.  Obviously....  Many though, don't seem to be aware of the different forms oppression takes.  It's like they've found something, but don't know what it is, and instead of researching more, they blindly hang on to the dogma and lies, instead of trying rationally think things through. Since most seem to come from a conspiracy background, I can't say I'm surprised.  Many a rabbit hole I've been down, but many of these holes are just distractions from the larger picture.

The other issue is the blind belief in any conspiracy they might hear.  I know people that think that the world trade centres were brought down with mini nukes.  Seriously?!!@?!#$?????  A little common sense blows that theory right out the window.  Where are the radiation burn victims?  Where are the radiation babies?

Nibiru comes to mind as well.  I'm sure we would have been feeling the tidal effects by now, of a large mass coming in our direction.  Or seen something in the sky.  Or is everyone astronomer in on it?  Every single one in the world? Really??$?#$!#@$???  K, point made.  Unless you think the world was created 8000 years ago, and god is punishing us and tricking us, despite mounds and mounds of evidence to the contrary.

A critical thought and reasoning is seriously needed within the Sovereignty movement.  A little less blind following, and a little more thinking for oneself.  Which is funny, cuz most of em have at one point or another, yet for some reason, give it up to follow the Rob Menards..  I like Rob, don't get me wrong, but I don't think he is right on everything he's ever said.

I can't fix the problem.  But I can illuminate it.  Time to see the light folks, and grow beyond the selfish distractions.  Yes society is fucked, and yes I've revoked my consent to be governed by it, but that doesn't mean I don't feel sympathy for the uneducated masses.  If you know something, it is time to reach out and tell someone.  Stop being so focused on the self, that you lose sight of the rest of us.  Many sovereign's would make great activist's, but because they're so focused on self, and "MY" rights, they miss out on their RESPONSIBILITIES.  To themselves, to eachother, to the society they've walked away from.  Just becuase you revoked consent to be governed, doesn't mean you just get to live in a fantasy land where society and it's problems don't exist.  It means you have a higher responsibility to tell people about the gross injustice's in the world.

Activism and Patriarchy

So, I myself can't say that I've been the best ally in the world.  I've made comments that make me cringe now, but it was a little bit of education on triggers that made the web of patriarchy click.  It is, after all, one ways in which the white male uses his privilege to gain and exert control over others.

Recently, I've had some interactions online with people that usually go something along the lines of
Them:"you know, I hate those bitches and whores in power...someone should rape that stephen harper guy"
Me:"you do realize that using language such as that is only going to help perpetuate sexism and patriarchy?"
Them:"stop being a nazi and trying to dictate everything"
Me:"I only asked a question..."(or pointed it out, or whatever)
Them:"stop trying to oppress me"
Me:"I don't think you actually bothered to read what I wrote."

This goes on for a bit, and in the end, inevitably, I end up blocking these people, as they are a brick wall, and a distraction.  Apparently, I am just not capable of changing their mind.  But in reality, I really just don't think they're capable of change.  Nor do I wish to give them a voice, if their voice is going to be one that perpetuates patriarchy and sexism.  Among other things.  Hey, I might agree with these people on everything else, but if they want to perpetuate oppression, then I could care less about how much we agree about the economic system, I will refuse to have anything to do with these people, lest I get some of their bullshit sticking to my shoes.(the local nazi's are a great example of that....)

Now, I get some people who say that I'm the one responsible for making it sexist or racist by pointing it out. To those who say that, GO AND SHOVE YOUR HEAD FURTHER UP YOUR ASS!  That's like saying I'm responsible for Hiroshima and Nagasaki because I pointed out that it happened.  Time to grow the fuck up people...

Then there's the excuse that the words have multiple meanings.  But when you take in context, and historical use of the word in our highly patriarchal society, you can plainly see which meaning the person was using.  Any attempt of this type to distract from the real conversation should be shut down quickly by pointing out which context the majority of people are going to see.  Again, those who try this are fools, only trying to justify their use of patriarchal language, because they think it makes them cool.  Trust me I know.  I used to be one.

I don't know what the answer is, but I do know one thing.  Letting these things just pass you by, and not doing anything to stop it, not doing anything to stop the perpetuation of sexism, racism, or any other form of oppression, will only make things worse.  If I see something, damn skippy I'm gonna say something.  I won't report to the "authorities" as they've already proven to be a bunch patriarchal oppressive dimwits anyway.  But online, I will attempt to destroy any logical fallacies these people present, with the hammer of reason.  And if that doesn't work, well, then I guess that just means we still have one ignorant twit pissin in the gene pool.  But I won't really care by that point, as I've got way more important things to do.  But I can spend an hour a day trying to convince someone to see their error of their words and actions.   And if I get called a nazi for doing so, so be it.  I really don't care about ignorant twits opinions.

I say everyone who votes, should be taking part in their democracy.  It is the ultimate in fallacy to assume that someone who wins a popularity contest, is actually going to represent your interests.  We start em young too.  Student councils. Remember?  The ultimate popularity contests.


The students got it right.  I remember them, and I even won an election once.  As I said, it's a popularity contest for presisdent and you get some doozies.  As in any level of government. Somehow we taught our children, that highschool, it's just a popularity contest, but real life elections, it's serious.  Which is a bunch of bullshit.  We recognized it in highschool, but we seem to somehow think things are different in real political life, because that's what we are taught.  I challenge that line of thought.  I say, we were right in highschool to think of it as a popularity contest, and I think that the same applies to all levels of government.  After all, what are the numbers that our leaders are most concerned with?  Their popularity ratings.  It's how they get elected after all.

Lets talk about polls for a second.  K, so there you are, in the booth, deciding who you'd like to have represent you.  Who you want to be YOUR voice in parliament.  Because you can't go there yourself, you have a job, and a family, and you're too busy to really get involved in politics.  And if you really get to have a say in things, why would you give it up to someone who may or may not A, be elected to begin with, or B, do something that goes against what you stand for?  And you have no recourse, other than to write an angry letter maybe, which could very well just be ignored.  Why do you even have a say in the first place, if you don't bother to pay attention, or care, or do something to effect change?  I know some who work within the system to try and effect change.  I don't believe that works too well.  Some of these issues have been going on for a very very long time.  It's high time we took notice and all started doing something, anything, to change.  Work within the system, or don't.  But don't sit there and do nothing.  Take notice before more suffer.

Richwood Fire - London Ontario - July 3rd, 2012

Richwood kitchens on McCormick Blvd has gone up in smoke today.  The building, which has been abandoned for some time, was owned by the city, and was currently undergoing a demolition.  5 or 6 firetrucks showed up to combat todays blaze. The fire was started by workers accidentally when sparks from the steel they were cutting, landed on a pile of combustible material on the floor below at around 9am.

This is not the first time in recent memory, where a building being demolished has gone up in smoke in London.

Oh Canada!!

I am not celebrating this Canada Day.  I will be taking my fiance to see the fireworks, but not because of any misplaced sense of nationalism or patriotism, but because it is the one year anniversery of us hooking up, and we did it last year, it's free, and I like explosions.

This Canada Day, I find myself making a video, of the issues our gov't has been complicit in helping to perpetuate.  It's too short to take in all of the specific issues, so keep an eye here, as there is way more to come.

It's disgusting to me that we still have to fight oppression, from those who say they are only trying to help us, by taking away our freedoms and liberties, by criminalizing dissent, and by harassing those who are only trying to make a difference.  It really shouldn't surprise anyone though, as this is just history repeating itself.  The same type of things were happening in the sixties.  50 years this has been going on, and when will it stop?  Hopefully when those in power realize that the responsibilities that they have been given, have been abused, and stop it, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. :P

I am releasing a short video, that I hope you will watch.  Hopefully it will open the eyes of some.  Maybe not.  All I can do is try.  Please share widely, and shed a little light for those still in the dark.

Are we going to change the world yet, or what?

What we are trying to do is to change the world.  We would like people to see it for what it really is, all because of human beings.  In order to change these things, we need to make our voices heard.  We need to change human beings.  Unfortunately, there are still too many drones listening to the likes of Rush Limbaugh, and fox news, and praising his word as canon.

I know, I know, I probably shouldn't call them drones.  But what else can I say of these people who just mindlessly listen, and not bother to check the facts for themselves?  It's difficult for me to look at them like my equal, as they generally seem to openly embrace, racism, sexism, homophobia, and oppression.  Among other things.

So, how does one deal with this dogma?  This hyperbole?  How does one actually solve these problems, as it does appear that this bias is the real problem?

The truth is, that the people need to be shown the path.  I don't know exactly how that will work, but I do know, that people need to be shown the way.   Unfortunately, many people don't want to be shown the way.  They refuse to even accept that there is anything wrong, or if they do, they refuse to do anything about it.  Too many are stuck in their jobs, needing to work to eat and live, and by the time they get home, they are just too tired to do anything but turn on the television, which has a tendency to fry people's critical thinking and logical reasoning skills even further.  Instead of looking into the facts, and doing a little research on the issue, they'll repeat someone else's hyperbole as truth, overlooking logical fallacies completely, or trying to justify them in some way or another.

We have a pretty open society when it comes to minorities.  However, ©Harper's Gov't is quickly eroding all of that.  The new immigration laws this JACKASS, and his LACKEY'S, are bringing in, remind me more of what we saw after WWII.  No one wanted to let the Jewish people in.  Even here in Canada, our bigoted leaders, and the masses that did nothing, and stood by, while horror stories slowly filtered in, and ignored by the mainstream media at the time.  And now, we are going to be doing the same, only worse.  Some will be denied basic human rights like health care.  That's right, come to canada as a refugee, and you have a heart attack, too bad sucka, you're dead.  You'll get no treatment from us canucknuckleheads.  Our doctors will just stand by and watch.

I'M NOT JOKING! AND THIS FUCKING DISGUSTS ME!

War is good for the economy though, right?  So, lets go fight a war, bankrupt the gov't and the banks, force our gov'ts to take on even more debt, at the expense of innocent's who have bombs dropped on the them daily, so that they try to escape to live elsewhere, force our own citizens to pay for it, and send our children off to die.  Tell me something, when was the last time you heard about a senators son, or an m.p.'s daughter getting killed by an I.E.D.

We don't hear about those types of things, because they don't happen, because if they did, then the war would be over.  That senator or mp, would now be biased, and is now going to fight to end it, because it's not a game to them anymore.  Like it is now.  No military commander wants to have that hanging over their head either, so when the sons and daughters of officials in gov't do enlist, they are flagged, and not usually given dangerous duties, or put in harms way.

Not like the cannon fodder that is supplied by the people.  Those who are ignorant of the real reasons for the problems, like capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, sexism, racism, and oppressive attitudes of those holding office, are doomed to let them repeat it.  It is up to us to educate and inform people.  But this can be impossible sometimes.  When the mainstream media does not want to present a coherent, reality based image of reality, and tends to scew and distort things, it kinda makes one wonder.  We have to turn more people onto alternative press, and we need to have way more informed people in the world.  The other problem is the lack of decent education on some of these subjects in schools.

In Solidarity

Alex Hundert is now in the incarceration period.  He will be held for 8 and a 1/2 months, having already served approx 4 months of his sentence in pretrial.  He is the last person to be sentenced and incarcerated for his role in the G20 Summit in Toronto in 2010.  Anthony Verberckmoes, will enter the courtroom on this morning, where an uncertain fate awaits him.  The police have given him a bogus charge of obstruction of justice, for his role during the nazi counter protest.  And Bailey Dawn, doesn't even know if she will be charged with a crime, as after she was assaulted by pro-lifers, the cops seemed to show more than a little bias towards her.

All 3 of these people have stood up for what is right and just in this world, only to have the "just us" system come crashing down upon them.  The day will not come soon enough, where it will be said that no protest's are needed, where no apartheid exists, where no racism exists, where no sexism and misogyny exist, where one may walk around knowing that your government is not fighting a war for oil and power.

Alex Hundert is a strong support of First Nations, and an amazing activist.  If you don't know who he is, I suggest you check out Dan Dicks documentarys, United We Fall, The Nations Deathbed, and Into the Fire. As well, his blog can be found here.  Don't forget to support Alex while he's in jail.  His detainment allowed most of the other "co-conspirators" to go free.  His sacrifice will not be forgotten, and we all know that he will never be broken by the system that persecutes him.

Anthony Verberckmoes, a local London activist and anarchist, has been active in the community for many years.  His wisdom, knowledge, and a amazing speaking ability, has earned him much respect from his peers and comrades.  The bogus charges stems from an incident that occurred when Blood and Honour, decided to try and organize.  Anti-fa smashed a window on one of their vehicles that day.  He will be in court at 9:30 this morning.  An event has been called here.  Show up if you can!!

Bailey Dawn, another local London activist and anarchist, has also been active in the community, volunteering her time for local organizations.  A strong women and feminist, she felt it was her duty to be a part of the action organized by the CAW, in response to the "Center for Bio-Ethical Reform"(whatever that's supposed to mean) anti-abortion caravan campaign, making its way across the country.  She was violently assaulted, and the bruises can been seen in this video.(look in the description, and link this "WHATS GOING ON HERE? 39:00")  Unfortunately, I was too far away to get any video at the time.  The anti abortionist's, have uploaded an edited version of the events here, which fails to show the assault on her before this video begins.

All 3 of these people deserve and require your support.  Alex has a support page setup here.  Anthony asks that you show up in court tomorrow if you are able to.  And for now, Bailey has yet to be charged with anything, but if she is issued a summons, then I would hope that we could support her in court as well.  Solidarity to all.  United, we can never be defeated.

Bigoted twits: 0 Londons Common Front: 1

50 minutes.  Well worth it! :D

Ahh, how I love the smell of oppression in the morning.  And early afternoon, and on till the evening.  On June 25th, a group known as the "Centre for Bio-ethical Reform" came to London, Ontario, with their message of misogyny and oppression.  A common front of groups, from the CAW, to Occupy London Ontario, to the London Abused Women's Centre, took to the streets to counter protest these disgusting bigots.  If you don't know what they're about, here is a picture or 2...

These disgusting bigots have been travelling across country, attempting to desecrate the rights that women have had for 40+ years.  They are well funded(obviously) by an AMERICAN church.  Yes, thats right, even pro-life outsources their actions now.  

What I find absolutely hilarious, is that these morons are attempting to do the same thing pro choice activists did 40 years ago, thinking that they are "taking back" the tactic that helped women win their freedom.  When in reality, all they are doing is exposing themselves as sexists and misogynistic parasites on the human race.

Their use of graphic and obscene material to "attract" people to their cause, is backfiring.  More and more, people are showing up to their events to counter protest, because more and more people are realizing, thanks in part to these pictures,  that these people are ignorant and disgusting asshats.  They are doing a better job of dissuading people from their cause than we ever could. :D

I seriously can't wait till my first death threat from these idiots.  I'll be posting the video in as many pro life pages as I can, so that I too, may receive threats of violence from "christians."

The Real World

This is my commentary on all the things wrong with the world.  In order to fix these things, either 2 things need to happen, only one of which will if history is any judge.  Either the governments fix the problems, by working together to discuss real solutions, or the people rise up, to discuss those things.  Capitalism does not work.  It does not take into account those born in worlds with little privilege.  And it does not take into account those who are not as aggressive or opportunistic as others, or those who simply want to live a life without having to hear about war and violence in the news, EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY!

I don't want to live in a world with apartheid and war.  I don't want to live in a world with state sanctioned murder.  I don't want to live in a world were people have to go to jail for growing a plant, that has existed in this world for thousands of years.  I don't want to live in world where homeless, people identifying as LBGT, indigenous, and other minorities are marginalized, demeaned, and kicked down, forcing them to engage in behaviours most would rather not think about.

Living on the street, or quite near to it, presents some difficult problems for most people.  If you've never had to do it, then you've never had a life where you've had to live hand to mouth, because it can be so difficult to get oneself out of the rut.  Our society presents, sometimes unreasonable and irrational mountains of bureaucracy and paperwork.  All so that they can track you, figure out your habits, and "fix" you.  Assuming the problem is really yours to begin with.  I have a theory, and that is, that world we live in, produces people with mental illness, and the more our society gets sick, the more mentally ill it will produce.

We want happy mindless drones, who are ecstatic to go to work everyday, 40-50 hours a week or more, so  that we can have the "good" things.  But some choose to live a different life.  Some don't have a choice.  They never had any privilege to utilize, so their work was always lesser.  Never able to get a job that had any real chance of advancement, never had enough money to go to school, and because of some idiotic assinine reason, they can't get a student loan, or their parents kicked them out because they were LBGT.  So, eventually, they find their way to the street.  Because they never stood a chance in the cutthroat world of ignorance and apathy we live in.  Maybe they'll get lucky, and find some way out, without having to spend a lot of time in the shelters, or on a grate.  Maybe they won't, and find themselves in a seemingly never ending cycle of depression and sadness.  The cycle can be broken, but sometimes it becomes too much for people, and they find their way into drugs and/or alcohol.  And then the real suffering happens.  T

I just read an article, in which it was stated that public services were being used by homeless people.  Oh no, they want water?  Or electricity to charge their phones?  What the flying fuck?  Why does this city show such a complete lack of compassion for those who have found themselves in a bad situation?  So they used a hose... Instead of forcing them out, let them use it.  Just because you don't want to see them, doesn't mean they don't exist, and it doesn't mean you have to exercise you privilege of actually owning a house, by denying them the use of a water spout.  Your water and electricity too good for the homeless?  You're going to begrudge them a few amps of electricity?  Oh no, 1000$ of the cities budget goes to keeping the homeless people connected to the outside world.  OH NO!!  A drop in the bucket of what the city spends in electric bills each month.

To those of you who would call this stealing, I urge you to think about where you're getting that oil.  And how many people have died, and are still dying, so that your selfish ass can drive around all day, use a computer, have nice electronic toys.  Ya, guess what?  I got them too.  But at least I am fully willing to acknowledge the fact that people died so that the governments who have more money, can have these things, and I work actively against those using violence as a means to aquire oil and land and "prestige."  Remember Obama won the fucking peace prize, which imo opinion, forever tarnishs it(not that Nobel's discovery's were all that peaceful, I wonder sometimes how he lived with himself)btw, Bradley Manning has done more to deserve the peace prize, than the warmongers in the whitehouse ever did.

But no, our gov'ts have to KILL FOR DEMOCKERY!  Lets go into countries halfway across the world, that have no real logistical way of attacking us, and bomb the civilian population until the leaders are either dead or surrender and agree to give us their oil and resources.  Instead of giving them fair trade, send in multi national contractors, to exploit the earth, take the blood soaked prizes, for their own monetary benefit, and arguably our own, the sycophantic peasants in this equation.

Yes, that is your status.  We are ruled in a constitutional monarchy, where ultimately, every single piece of our legislation is signed by the"queens" representative.  Why do we have to ask some shithead figurehead giving her royal assent for everything that gets passed?  oh, right, so some dumbass has a job, and the queen gets to claim the land as her own, when, once you take away the money, all your left with is some hag, and no real power, exercising her royal privilege to make sure her, her cronies, and her blue blooded warmongering shite families, get a free ride on the backs of the people working their asses for less and less and less.

Anyway, the real point of all this, is to point out the single largest, most glaring flaw there exists in society.  That is, the gross and unconscionable apathy, and complete derision of anything that might upset the oh so precious status quo.  And I'm sick and tired of the masses who continue to display such a callous, privileged, and sociopathic point of view, or at the very least, do nothing to stop shitfaces in power who allow such things to occur, and directly influence and action policies, which do nothing for the people they are supposed to represent, but in fact, represent those who have paid the most money.  It is time for this to stop.  It is time for the people to stand against those who would oppress them, before it's too late.

Pigs, Bacon, Ham, and Pork. Or how to be a thug.

Recently, the London Police, have been quite aggressive towards peaceful marchers.  Going up to them, and calling them out by name, and singling out a few of the hundred or so people that were marching on the street, and yelling for them to get off the street.

Now, the big problem I have with this, is not that they were telling certain people, and threatening only those people with fines, but that they think that any one of us, would actually listen to these windbag pigs, who in reality, tended to sound like broken records, mindlessly repeating catch phrases, in a slightly dubstepesque manner.*note to self...remix videos into dubstep...

When it comes right down it, the real problem lies with the systemic indoctrination that the baconators are forced to go through.  It forces them to dehumanize others, and instead of talking to people, they talk down to people, and try to force their authoritarian bullshit down the throats of the people.  And if you don't listen to their unlawful orders, be wary, as they might start hitting you with clubs, or pepper spraying you and your friends.  Even though you friends may not have even done anything, nor acted in a threatening manner.  Pigs should have thicker skin than they do.  Multiple times, I've seen overzealous hamslices use excessive force, and violence on people that were never violent towards them.

It seems to be a requirement now, that the baconslabs have no remorse, no brains, and no willpower of their own, to use the discretion given to them by law.  Instead, they resort to last resort tactics first, and assuming you survive, then they'll talk to you.  And if you are participating in a protest, well, you should've stayed home now, shouldn't you...

The other really really big problem I have, is that the pigsters totally and completely ignored the SlutWalk.  It marched on the street as well, and not a porkrind in sight.  Why is that?  Why do the piglets "escort" some street marches and not others?  And seriously, what's with the shite intimidation tactics at those marches they do "escort"?  And the violence perpetuated on people by the hambones on the people leaves a bitter taste in most peoples mouths.  Considering that this country wouldn't be what it is today, if it wasn't for people assembling together, and engaging in civil disobedience.  The only thing that the pigs are doing, is reinforcing the belief that they are not acting in the interests of the people, but in the interests of their political masters, who only wish to suppress dissent.

Thomas Mulcair. Supporter of Apartheid

I am a little more than troubled, that the ndp would elect thomas mulcair, as the head of the party(though not surprised).  He actively supports apartheid, and as such, shows a lack of consideration for the people who are being violently oppressed under the israel regime.  And to use doctrinal language, shows there is no room for comprise on this man's opinions.  He will always support israel, even when they commit apartheid on a daily basis, even when they drop phosphorus weapons on schools and hospitals.  This disgusts me.  It disgusts many of you.

Oh, so just because you had relatives who died in the Holocaust, means you get to use it to justify the same type of violence committed against the Palestinians?  Ya, ok, that TOTALLY makes sense..  In dream land.  I used to support the ndp, back when I thought there was still a chance the system might actually work.  I've known for awhile now though, that it doesn't matter which dip you elect, you'll always end up with someone who isn't really working in the interest's of the people.

The People Vs. Jason Kenney

On Saturday June 9th, 2012, No One Is Illegal staged the mock trial jason kenney, the Calgary Southeast MP, and current Minister of Citizen, Immigration, and Multiculturalism, in stephen harpers neo-fascist conservative government.  jason, who was not available to attend his trial, was instead represented by a lifesized puppet.  Which ironically mirrors real life, in that jason is only a puppet of stephen.  Both of them should be put back into the box whence they came, and shoved in a storage locker for many years, before being allowed to see the light of day.

So, a little history on this kenney character.   And we'll see just how much of a dim fuckwit this asshole is.  First, we start with George Galloway, MP in great britannia.  George, is a stand up guy.  He donated ambulances, medicine and toys, to the people of Gaza, to ease their suffering at the hands of the israeli Occupation.  But because Gaza has democractically elected Hamas as their leader, jason the authoritarian shit for brains asshole, that he is, and George is pretty vocal in his support of democracy, jason said, "No George, you can't come in.  You're a terrorist."  I paraphrase, but you get the meaning.

jason doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for his ministries actions either.  Like say, removing all references to same sex marriages in policy manuals.  Against the recommondations of the deputy minister.  And when it all came to light, he said, and I quote, "I did no such thing."

Amendments in the immigration act allow for children to be born without a state.   Unless one of your parents is a naturalized, or born in canada, the baby will be stateless.  He would deny people medical care.  If a refugee is having a heart attack, the doctors will do nothing.  Or so the state says in the new rules.

Oh, and one more thing.  Don't forget that he is also responsible for deporting war resisters, people who found out the hard way that they were fighting in an illegal, unlawful, and unjust war, for blood and oil.  People of moral conscience, people who found out later, that they could not justify the actions of the regime they were working for.  But jason kenney, in his infinite wisdom, decided that canada was not to be a place for those of high moral character.  Jason kenny couldn't stand the thought, that there were people in this world, that lived up to a higher moral standard than himself.  And for that, I say we strip his citizenship, as he does not represent the people he was elected to serve.  

The point of all this, is get people to understand that the politicians who have been elected to represent the masses, are not representing the masses.  They are representing their own selfish interests.   Our gov't should be smashed, and a revolution is nessary to remove self serving bastards like jason kenney, and stephen harper from power.  It is not just the conservative party.   The liberals and ndp are complicit in some of these matters.

At any rate, I'm not going to go too in depth right now.   I suggest you take an hour or so, study up on jason kenney.  The wiki's a good place to start.   Check out mainstream and alternative press.  Do your own research make up your own mind.  It's not difficult to see that this man is working against the wishes of The People.  And it's kind of disgusting too.  Fuck jason kenny.
