Ignorance in Canada

Over the past few months there has been a growing concern in the activist community regarding certain groups based in Victoria B.C.  WeAreCrazyVictoria.org is one of these groups.  Leading the charge of racist hate is none other than the man known as ryan elson…or is it john pettitt?  Not really sure, because he doesn’t like giving his real name out.  Not that I have that much of a problem with pseudonyms  but this twit really likes to bash those who ARE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING!  In other words, ryan/john is a hypocrite.

But check this vid out, entitled “Soft-Genocide of caucasians in canada“, in which “ryan” tells the guy at the Human Rights Commission that white people are being discriminated against in a new law.  I personally haven’t read this act, because, well, lets face facts here.  A soft white genocide?  Laugh my ass off!  Then there’s this posting by “john”…  If that doesn’t say white pride to you, then I don’t know what does.
Anyway, this isn’t the first crazy we’ve seen from “john”.  A few months ago, he released this video, entitled “the shills of occupy canada” in which he proceeds to libel and slander everyone who is in a closed group on facebook.  A group which was created by myself and others, to help the various occupy groups across Canada organize together, free of government interference.(btw, thanks for letting us know about brotherwolf wolf ryan.  You are right, he was trying infiltrate.  But we don’t like police informants, so thanks for heads up)  But according to “Ryan” we’re a bunch of communist shills, bent on taking over the country and remaking into a socialist utopia.  (LOL)
Most recently, he was involved in an action in Victoria, where they (WAC Vic) invited a known white supremicist to speak to speak at a rally on the BC Legislature.   Helpful activist’s got word that Doug Christie was on the speakers list, and set about informing the other speakers what was up.   When the members of WeAreCrazyVictoria found out that their speaker was being “censored”, and that a counter protest was being staged not far from from their rally, “ryan” and 2 other ignorants scum suckers walked over and started screaming in Zoe Blunt’s face.  She appropriately responded with a“Back of racist scum” on the megaphone, cranked up to 11.
Zoe’s account can be found here.  Right after this incident, the bullies got pulled aside by the police, and told to back off.  See what happens when you support racist scum? 
Another supporter of WeAreCrazyVictoria is Josh Steffler. He’s been running for public office, and I can’t see him winning.  I mean, when you support racism and bigotry, what do you expect?  Also, all this talk of chemtrails, the zionist takeover, and other conspiracy bullshit, probably doesn’t help either.  When you base your platform in fact, then you might actually get some votes.  When you base it on fiction, well don’t be surprised when you find out that you can’t win, because you lack those critical thinking skills you need to be able to discern fact from fiction.
greg renouf, unsurprisingly, also supports WeAreCrazyVictoria.  Apparently, when you’re an oppressive ignorant twit, you hang around with other oppressive ignorant twits.  greg is best known for his never ending attacks on activists, notably, the “Harsha Gone Wild” campaign of his, in which he uses that misogynistic title attack and defame Harsha Walia.  Last I checked “Harsha gone wild” is a sexist remark.  And anyone in their right mind would say the same.  But this is lost on rengoof.  Instead of owning up to his own sexism, he attacks others who have called him out on it, on the mistaken belief that he can’t be a sexist, because “thats not what he meant”

This is my personal message those these asholes.
This defamation will not be tolerated any longer.  There is a group of us, who are working on a project to expose these ignorant twits.   The libelling and slander must stop.  If it continues, expect there to be consequences.  You’ve already had to deal with some of the fallout that you’ve caused yourselves, do you really want more?  I think it’s high time you crawled back into the hole whence you came.  If you can learn to treat others with respect, then we might considering letting up.  But until you either crawl back in the hole, or grow the eff up, you will have no place within the activist community.  You will be called names, attacked online, and maybe even in person.(not by me, I don’t do that shit, but I can see why some would want to)  But what do you expect when you trade in life is libel, slander, and defamation?

tell your buds to stop using our logo.  Might have to go after them for intellectual copyright...and actually have a valid claim.  newayz, you're irrelevant. get used to it. Guess what.  So am I.  you fucking goofs just want to attack attack attack attack.  Yes, goofs.  and I mean every single meaning I know except for one.  You call yourself "we are change". HA!  what change?  the only change you goofs have made, is that now we jokingly refer to witless's site if we want to know if someone is solid.  Generally speaking, if they've been listed, then they're probably cool.  Your site too, till it mysterious disappeared from the netz. But hey, maybe you just enjoy misogyny and racism.  That's cool.  But maybe you should just keep those opinions to yourself.  They're not edifying anyone.  They only serve to expose you for the wacko's you are.  A "soft white genocide"?  Are you joking?  What are you smoking? meth? heroin? crack? pcp?  cuz it certainly ain't just pot....wait..how much do you need to smoke before you start developing signs of psychosis if you're susceptible to it?

The one thing you need to take away from all this.  Start learning about oppression.  Patriarchy.  Privilege.  Misogyny.  Once you've spent some time acquainting yourself with these subjects, ask yourself, "What am I doing?"

Time to join the real world.  You are ignorant.  And you are divisive.  All you are doing is spreading around hate.  Helping to perpetuate it.  And I'm calling you out.  You want to support oppression?  K, let's see how much you enjoy it.  Website still down? yup..  cooooool.

DEMOCRACY'S BANKRUPT *TEST THEIR LOGIK*

In Victoria Park, on Sept 17, 2012, Occupy London Ontario held a solidarity rally with the anniversary of Occupy Wall Street, which started the the whole thing.  Over a hundred arrests in New York as of my last check.  Seems to me, that the cops were kind of excited at the prospect of finding out whats going on.

Early in the evening, 2 police officers approached the group, and said that if we needed anything, they were there to "help" us.  He also said "we're not starring you down", when there were 3 cruisers in plain sight, a 4th and a 5th one hiding, as well as a bike cop watching the entire time.

It was a colossal waste of money and time, to have at least 6 different officers actively surveilling a small peaceful gathering of local activists, celebrating with pizza, iced tea, a meditation circle, and a photo op.(thanks guys :P)

I find this kinda funny.  We don't want to communicate with the agents of the state which we are fighting.  You don't or can't or won't understand, because most of you seem to have not bothered to remember you're oath.  The last time the state actively monitored political organizations, was during the g20.  Egg in the face.  Every single one of you that followed unlawful orders that day should be ashamed of yourself.

But of course, you aren't.  Instead you try to justify your actions by saying that if the black bloc tactic wasn't used, you never would have had to arrest and break so many laws.  I call bullshit.  The police were well aware that this was going to happen, and they did nothing to stop it.  Instead, they "pulled back".  I put that in quotes, because that's the orders they were given.  When they had a chance to arrest and stop those who were not entirely peaceful, they retreated.

In a double violation of their oath, they went in to queens park the next day, and started kicking people out, and beating and arresting peaceful protesters.  Cowards go after peaceful people.  Cowards go after those who had nothing to do with the black bloc tactic.  Cowards surveil  peaceful activists.  Cowards harass those same activists.

Cowards are afraid to arrest those in black bloc.  25,000 cops, 250 black bloc.  Liars and cowards.

We are not children.  We do not let the nanny state tell us what we can and cannot do. If we disrupt you, it's because many of you need to be disrupted out of your oh so precious life.  You've been thinking about yourself for sooooo long, that you've forgotten those around you, who have been beaten, marginalized, and threatened by that state which you support.

The conversation about all this isn't enough.  Yes, it's good to talk and debate things with each other, but at the same time, we need action.  We need people of conscience, to stand up when ever they see things that don't fit in to any moral code I've ever read.  Those people should be the police, but since they are the ones breaking the code, that task must fall to the people.  I urge everyone who reads this, to wake up a bit.  I have made a list here of causes and issues.  Do some research on just one of these subjects, and tell me how there is no state involvement.  Tell me how the state is actually trying to correct these things.

Fact is, you won't, and nor can you.  And if you try, I will rip your points to shreds.  Because I've spent the time.  Looking at it from both sides.  Checking for alternative explanations.  The problem with the world today, is the state system we have.  Time for people to start taking care of themselves and each other, instead of the uncaring, and unthinking masses we have today.

Or continue to let the state run the world, so that people will have to die in wars over gold, oil, and drugs. G.O.D.

The problems are ones that are created by "society", so why would we ask "societies" permission to change them?

Also remember, YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE STATE!  Unless you tell them otherwise, the state gains your agreement through acquiescence.  That same state would have you believe it gives you your rights, when they are in fact, inalienable.  Yes, it is nice that the state recognizes some of these rights, but it does not recognize them all, nor in all contexts that it should, like peaceful activism.

The death Penalty and other thoughts.

These are just some random thoughts in no particular order.  I think too much...

America is so far behind behind because they forgot about the separation of church and state....oh, and a general sense they are better than everyone else...good ol' fashioned religion.  god loves us all, but if we don't do like were told, then we go to hell.  It's a way for them to marginalize people.  We're american, we believe in god, and god says eye for a fuckin eye.  Does anyone else find this attitude abhorrent?  How many people die innocently?  And if they're sooooooo fucking concerned with life, as in unborn babies, then how come they don't think that one innocent is too much?

Even here in canada, we have innocent people imprisoned for crimes they didn't commit, including murder.  There's one story I know of, where they can't actually let him go, but they know he's innocent, but for some bullshit legal reason, the crown refuses to acknowledge that the man is innocent.(I think he gave a confession under duress)

The point I'm making, if we had the death penalty here, innocents will die.  It is better to let an innocent man stay in jail, than kill him outright.  I'm not saying it's not wrong, because it is, but at the same time, at least we don't kill them outright.

Now, I'm going to talk about lust, and how the christians have warped such things beyond recognition.  They talk about lust like it's a BAD thing.  It is a sin to look at women or men and admire their beauty.  Everyone has had a sexual fantasy about someone they didn't love.  It's not about objectifying men or women, but an inherent situation of our imaginations.  Whether we act on these fantasies or not, is one of the things that separates us from most other species of animals.

Christians say we have to control these thoughts, and that we should do what we can to control our surroundings, and those around us.  It is the nature of the bible.  One of control and hierarchy.  Don't get me wrong, Jesus said many a great thing, but the fact of the matter, is that the people responsible for his message, got it wrong and warped it into something it's not.  Filled it with mumbo jumbo, and "miracles".  Where are the miracles now god?  Why don't you show us some of your power.  The whole fucking world is full of Sodom's and Gomorrah's.

I say that, not because I believe in god, but because I don't.  Asking a useless question to no one in particular is kinda helpful.  Soothes the beast that is inside of me. The beast that has been brought to bear upon the elite constructs of this world.  Because they have done much to ravage the beauty of human existence with their hate, their greed, and their unthinking callousness.  Many wars have been fought in the name of god and G.O.D. or Gold, Oil, and Drugs for those who don't know.

Most people don't know, don't care, or are so fucked up that even if they wanted to do something, they couldn't, because that one speck of radioactive material found it's way into the babies mouth, or the budget cuts were so bad they couldn't afford to do a lifesaving operation, even though everything they needed was their, or they were wrongfully arrested, beaten in jail, and is now incapable of holding a spoon, much less demanding direct action against the state.

Just because you figured out that if you had more and more babies being born into families that you have grouped with, who just happen to believe the same thing you do, (because if you didn't, they'd probably end up killing you, or enslaving you...it's in the bible eh...) and by you, I mean all the white men who control the church, because we are entitled to it or some bullshit.

Stephen Orser: Political Ass

 I remember the first time I met stephen.  I was busking, playing my guitar on the ledge of the td canada trust building at Dundas and Clarence, when a man walked up to me and sat down.  Now, usually, I don't pay much attention to those who come and sit to enjoy my music, but steve was a little different.  He had said he just came out of the strip club across the street, and that his wife was "stalking" him.  It sounded like a bad breakup, and it also sounded as if he was reading way too much into the situation.(not a trait I want to see in a politician that's for sure)

Either way, we talked for a bit, but I felt extremely uncomfortable.  Maybe, because in situations like this, where spouses are fighting, and I'm busking, I just don't need the negative vibes, or maybe, I could sense that there was something not quite right with my current audience of one.  I know that I didn't want to have anything to do with this, and he seemed to be looking for some sort of drunken advice from me.  yes, he had been drinking, and it was obvious to me, as I had lived with an alcoholic and could see the signs.  After going back and forth with his wife via texting, I mentioned that it would probably be a good time to go home and get some sleep, as the txting seemed to make him more agitated and wasn't helping the situation any.  Shortly thereafter, he left and I continued to busk.  On a side note, I don't really remember if he put any money in my case or not, but his very presence seemed to scare away people, as during that time(about 20 minutes or so) I made nothing.

Now, lets jump ahead a few years.  It's obvious to everyone that he's had some pretty fucked marriage relations.  Especially when you see this in the paper.  I have no problems with dirty laundry, but it is kind of over the top to be sending your ex-wife shit she doesn't want.  Borders on harrassment.  I've spoken with Cynthia, and based upon my conversations with her, this could be what it looks like or it could just be a vengeful ex.  I'm not going to make judgements, but I will say, that I don't believe someone who can't keep his marriage out of his public life, should probably find a new job.

Lets consider the job now....chickens, secret meetings, trying muzzle citizens and placing anti fluoride pamflets on each councillors desk with nazi symbols on them.  A job which you have to be accountable to the people, but can't even be bothered to think about the things he's doing before he does them.

He is a bloated buffoon, who spends the most money of any councillor, (if you don't count travel expenses, otherwise, Mr. Usher holds that title, but he actually does stuff) and has single handedly made city hall a laughingstock on several occasions.  I'm calling for his resignation.  I would hope that everyone who reads this does the same.  He is not fit to represent a chicken, much less the citizens of London.

Compassion Rant

Compassion: a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.

It seems to me, that CALM, or Cannabis as A Living Medicine, is not as compassionate as they would like to appear. I realize that they are doing a service, and have risked much in the name of "legalizing" weed. But it seems to me, that they have fell supplicant to the state, in an effort to appease the authorities.

Instead of actually basing a rating system upon the merits of the marijuana, such as potency, and effects like body high vs head buzz vs munchies, they've been rated as indica vs sativa on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being sativa, and 5 being indica, and all else in between are hybrids. No mention of ruderalis, not that I've ever even heard of someone who's had some. But I digress. The point is, rating your weed like that, is going to lead to some shitty weed, at all points on the scale.

Doing a cannabis potency test isn't that difficult I've heard. Why don't we rank pot on potency? Oh, right, because then we'd end up with everyone smoking the good stuff. WRONG!!! Some people prefer weaker strains. I knew a guy, and all he ever smoked was shake. Did the trick, that's for sure. And some people need a higher potency than others. But the "patients" at the CALM never get to know the potency of the pot their smoking.  Also, I don't know if you've noticed, but different weed has different effects.  Some is more of a body high, where some goes straight to your head.  A way for people to inspect their marijuana would also be a good thing.  As it stands, people do not have a way to really see the product they are buying.  A glass case with samples would be amazing, so that the people who know what they need, can take a look, and see.  This is mostly useful to those who have spent a little bit of time smoking and studying weed, and know how to look for trichomes.

CALM has also had it's share of up's and down's. I'm told there used to be a feeling of community there, but that's been lost due to the raids. People would talk to one another, they'd laugh, cry, share. But now, it has become a business. You go in, browse for your product, get served, and leave. There is no sense that you are in a place of compassion, but rather a sterile business, designed to make money. Legal fees aren't cheap.

I understand the need for it to be this way, but at the same time, I can't understand why they must gouge money. I can go to a street level dealer, and get the exact same pot as in the CALM for 200$ an ounce. But if you go to the "compassion" centre, it's 300$+.

So why do people go? Because they feel they have no other choice. They don't want to have to take criminal actions to get their MEDICINE. And why should they? It seems that compassion has turned into a business. Because we all as a society, have failed to recognize the rights, all of our rights, to take care of ourselves if we so desire. (there's a double entendre there) Because that is the real problem here. The masses of people who have been filled with all the negative propaganda produced by the state and the church. The judgements they have placed upon people, when they allow those very same people alcohol, which causes how many deaths a year again? Who cares. There are no documented cases that I am aware of, of people smoking some pot, and then driving around the neighbourhood and running someone over. Or of a couple smoking pot, and then the other beating their partner to death.  Yet we regulate pot as if it's the most dangerous thing on earth.  Maybe it is...to those in power.
